Each batch is tested by accredited laboratories for key chemical markers, including Leptosperin, DHA, and Methylglyoxal (MGO), that verify the honey's authenticity and concentration. The UMF™ rating on every jar is your guarantee that what's inside is genuine, traceable, and graded to a recognised standard.
