What is the status of my order?

As soon as you place your order you will receive an email/SMS with the order confirmation and a link to track your order in real time.

If you haven't received your confirmation email, please let us know and we'll help you tracking the status of your order.

Can I change my order?

We aim to ship your order as soon as it's placed. So, if you change your mind on your order, please notify us as soon as possible through one of the available channels and we'll do our best to accomodate your request.

Can I return my order?

We have a 10-day return policy on all non-edible products, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return, as long as the item has its sealing intact.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal.

Where do you ship?

In Australia, we ship to all territories and states. Honey products cannot be shipped to Western Australia. If you have ordered honey products and you are based in Western Australia we will reach out in 1 business day to organise a refund or order amendment (when possible).

How much is delivery in Australia?

Standard delivery is FREE for orders over $149. Orders under $149 will be charged at the lowest rate available with AustraliaPost, automatically calculated upon entering the delivery address during checkout.


Differently from other businesses, we don't charge extra fees on the delivery rates available for your order.

What you will end up paying is the amount AustraliaPost will charge us, based on your overall cart weight and shipping destination.

Is Express delivery available?

Express Delivery is available for both Australian and it is offered through Australia Post.

What if I'm not home?

If you are worried about not being home while your honey is delivered, we do offer a "signature on delivery" option you can choose at checkout.
