2. Orders

As soon as you place your order you will receive an email/SMS with the order confirmation and a link to track your order in real time.

If you haven't received your confirmation email, please let us know through our channels and we'll help you tracking the status of your order.

We aim to ship your order as soon as it's placed. So, if you change your mind on your order, please notify us as soon as possible through one of the available channels and we'll do our best to accomodate your request.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return, as long as the item has its sealing intact.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal.

We do offer Buy-Now-Pay-Later options through Zip and Afterpay.

3. Shipping in the United States

In the United States, we ship to all territories and states.

Standard delivery is free for all order over a value of $50 (USD). Orders under $50 will be charged a flat fee of $6.99 (USD), automatically calculated upon entering the delivery address during checkout.


Differently from other businesses, we don't charge extra fees on the delivery rates available for your order.

Express Delivery is available for both USPS International.

If you are worried about not being home while your honey is delivered, we do offer a "signature on delivery" option you can choose at checkout.

While UMF measures the quality and purity of Manuka honey, MGO measures the quantity of Methylglyoxal, a naturally occurring compound that gives Manuka honey its distinctive flavour and health properties.

A MGO rating is a quality metric that standardises the amount of methyglyoxal in Manuka Honey while UMF measures the its purity.

We take great pride in offering only authentic Mānuka honey at Mānuka Hut. Our Mānuka honey is sourced directly from reputable beekeepers and producers who adhere to strict quality standards. All our jars come with certifications and meet industry standards.
