Independently tested and certified, it contains a minimum of 830 mg/kg of methylglyoxal (MGO).

Thick and indulgent, with a dark toffee depth, this is a honey meant to be savoured slowly rather than spread. WHAT IS MĀNUKA HONEY

Mānuka Honey is a rare variety of honey produced from the Mānuka plant. The antibacterial properties of methylglossal, the natural compound abundant in Mānuka, make this honey very powerful in the fight against bacterial, viral and inflammatory infections. Mānuka is a caramelised, aromatic honey that is particularly viscous and intensely coloured.
